A structured and collaborative approach to understanding patterns and creatingmeaningful change.

I created The Soulutions Centre to help people move beyond symptom management and into true healing unlocking coherence across mind, body, and soul.
My work is about guiding you to reconnect with your authentic self, align with your higher purpose, and grow into your fullest potential.
My journey began as a refugee from the Balkan War, adapting to a new culture while feeling deeply disconnected inside. What looked like resilience on the outside was, in truth, my dark night of the soul. Through years of healing, blending Eastern and Western modalities, psychology, and holistic practices, I discovered the tools to restore balance and meaning.
The Soulutions Centre is the space where I bring these experiences together: to support others in moving past pain points and into alignment, authenticity, and wholeness.
Aligned to that is my passion to help those with similar goals – people who are trying to better the world, find meaning and purpose, rise above their emotional wounds and create positive long term patterns for living. If this is you, let’s talk.
Arijana’s career has encompassed a number of different mental health settings, including with offenders in prison, witnessing the effects of failure in societal and familial systems to support individuals. In private practice, she previously worked with children and families, unravelling societal and familial conditioning, trauma and attachment systems. She addressed the impact of these elements, with a special focus on how they affected her clients’ world view and sense of self.
Arijana will inspire you to unlock your unique coding to an authentic life design that is in alignment with your higher self and in the direction of evolution into your highest potential.
Therapy has a natural structure that unfolds over time. While each person’s experience is individual, the work typically moves throughfour stages. Alongside this, there is an ongoing process of integration, which connects eachstage and supports change to take hold in real life.
Developing a clear understanding of your patterns, history, and current experiences. This phase is about loosening and stepping back from existing self-narratives, creatingspace to see how your patterns have formed and how they continue to operate.

Working with patterns as they arise, particularly in real time. This phase focuses on rewriting your internal script, and developing new ways ofunderstanding and responding to your experience.

This phase focuses on living and reinforcing these new ways of responding, so theybecome more natural, accessible, and integrated into your daily life.Rather than something you are consciously trying to do, these shifts begin to feel more likehow you naturally respond.

Across your journey, the focus is on developing three core capacities:awareness, regulation, and integration. These are what allow insight to translate into real change.
Recognising your patterns as they arise
Developing the ability to stay present when those patterns are activated
This is where change begins to take shape. Integration is the ongoing process of practising and applying insight in real-lifesituations.It is not just understanding the pattern. It is not just managing the experience in session. It is what happens outside the session, and in the moments where your usual responses are activated.
Your brain changes through experience. Each time you respond differently, even in small ways, you are strengthening new pathwaysand loosening old ones.Over time, what once felt effortful begins to feel more familiar, and your responses start toshift more naturally.Integration is how insight becomes change.
Many of the people who come to this work already have insight into themselves. They have reflected on their experiences, understand where patterns may comefrom, and have often tried to approach things differently. And yet, something still is not shifting in the way they want it to.
Change does not happen through insight alone. It happens through developing the capacity to stay present when patterns areactivated, and to respond differently in those moments.
This means our work is not only focused on understanding your experiences, but on how they show up in real time,in your emotions, your body, your relationships, and your day-to-day life.
From this perspective, therapy becomes a process of recognising patterns, remaining present with them, and gradually shifting how you respond.
The aim is not to eliminate difficulty, but to change your relationship to it,so that you are no longer pulled into the same automatic patterns.
A broader, integrated way of understanding your experience.
Your experiences are shaped by more than just your thoughts. They are influenced by your nervous system, your history, your environment, and the broader context of your life.
In some cases, this may include collaboration with other qualified practitioners. This ensures your care remains cohesive, grounded, and tailored to you.
